Pure Sweetness uses Canada Post as its preferred shipping service. Canada Post shipping rates are calculated within our shopping cart software via integration with Canada Post\u2019s online shipping rate calculator based on the weight and size of products being ordered. Tracking numbers are generated for each order placed and emailed to customers so they can follow the progress of their order delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday, depending on the quantity ordered and stock on hand. If your order cannot be shipped within 48 hours (two working days), we will notify you via email or telephone. Please allow 48 hours to package and prepare your order for shipping. Orders placed after regular store hours, on holidays, and on weekends will be packaged and prepared during regular working hours anywhere in between 9-5, Monday through Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n
