Pure Sweetness prefers to use Canada Post as its shipping service provider. Canada Post shipping rates are calculated within our shopping cart software via a direct link to Canada Post’s online shipping rate calculator. Shipping rates are based upon the weight and cubic size of products being ordered. Tracking numbers are generated for each order placed and emailed to customers so they can follow the progress of their order delivery.

We prepare many of our products as they are ordered to ensure maximum freshness and high quality, so we may require 72 hours to prepare certain products and items. We receive, prepare, pick and package orders between pam and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We ship orders daily Monday through Friday,, depending on the quantity ordered, stock on hand, stock that may require being prepared, and order quantities received from our customers. You will be notified via email by our order tracking system when we have shipped your order. Please allow 48 hours for us to package your order (if we have available inventory), and longer if your order is placed outside of normal business hours, weekends, and holidays. Only approximate dates can be made, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
